A yin & yang workshop

Join Suzi for this yin/yang workshop focusing on the hips. The Water element quite literally governs how ‘at ease’ we are with our sense of self and in stimulating and connecting to it, we are able to tap into our natural sense of creativity, abundance, joy, wellness, pleasure, emotional stability, spontaneity and flow.
We will commence with a grounding meditation, followed by some deep, soothing yin postures that help to release the connective tissue around the hips that can often be energetically blocked and tight.
We will then build towards a beautiful yang mandala flow, that will see you moving around the mat in a fluid and graceful sequence, before a glorious and well-earned savasana.
This workshop is open to all - there will be options to all levels, experience and ability, but may not be suitable for those with certain injuries.
