This Ballet Barre inspired workshop offers a challenging full body workout. Kate's choreographed moves will help you work towards a sculpted, lean but strong body. Expect an amazing playlist and high energy.
You will begin with a warm up focusing on flexibility, stability and body awareness. This will be followed by cardio and strength routines before moving to the Barre to focus on the lower body. The workshop with conclude with some Pilates inspired matwork exercises to work and tone the core.
Prepare to glow and feel the burn!
