A workshop to support in letting go of stress and anxiety. Sarah and Megan with take you through theory and positive psychology to support with worry and stress. The workshop will include yoga for anxiety, breathing techniques, meditation and head massages.

Join us for this 2 hour workshop to rejuvenate, de-stress and learn more about ways to relax and create moments of peace and stillness.
