We are hosting 3 x 1 hour pilates masterclasses each offering something different to help you to progress your practice. You can join any or all of these masterclasses.
You'll deep dive into each of the core pillars of pilates; breathing, spine articulation, core control, alignment (which includes posture) and movement integration in a fun and engaging way.
The masterclasses will provide an opportunity to get some very clear, personal and practical tuition in a small group environment. You can attend just one of these or all of these masterclasses - each will offer something unique.
