The menopause is not just hot flushes: it can cause anxiety, irritability and a feeling of being overwhelmed. These symptoms can become debilitating and affect work, health and relationships. This workshop aims to support women manage the ranging emotions and symptoms associated with the menopause.
Michelle will lead you through what to expect and give you some tools to help you through this process. You will learn breathwork, meditation and yoga poses to calm the mind, soothe the nerves and feel grounding.
Most importantly, you will connect with other women going through a similar experience.
