Barre is a fitness class based on the technique and style of a traditional ballet class. The great thing about Barre is you do not need to be a dancer to attend this class (no tap shoes or pointe work required).
This masterclass is perfect for beginners who want a taste of barre or those that attend regular classes and want to develop their techniques and the signature moves at a slower pace.
You will focus on technique and form in a more intimate setting, so you will have plenty of guidance in anything you are unsure of. Over the workshop, you will be focusing on leg lengthening, plies, core work and more.
