A Fine Balance Studio's Beginners’ Level 1 Yoga Course will help you to build an understanding of the general principles of Yoga.
Over the 6 weeks, you will gain insight into basic postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), bandhas (energy locks), drishti (gaze points), philosophy and relaxation (meditation).
The course will be based on the Vinyasa Flow style of yoga where you will explore sequences of movements such as ‘sun salutations’, as well as standing and sitting postures.
This course is suitable for absolute beginners and also for those who want to return to the basics.
