Handstand conditioning and flexibility plays a big role in our ability to do handstands.

You will work on a wide range of exercises designed to progress flexibility, strength, endurance, alignment and balance.

There will be warmup drills to give you a taste of the kind of intensity and repetition that are required to make good progress towards your Handstand.

You will work towards developing a controlled entry and exit for handstand.

The journey towards handstand can be very addictive.
