Do you want a fun and safe environment to learn how to nail both your Chaturanga (four limbed staff pose) and Kakasana (crow pose)? If so, then this A Fine Balance Workshop with Michelle is just right for you!
Aimed to help you learn how to do some of the more common intermediate asanas. This workshop will cover the foundations of both Chaturanga and Kakasana, the necessary alignment and helpful cues to access them. You will also practice the skills needed to build strength and stability.
Michelle will give you plenty of tips to strengthen the body and feel more confident when practicing Chaturanga and Kakasana, all in a super relaxed and ultra friendly environment.
You will end with a rejuvenating restorative sequence, and will leave feeling stronger and more confident to integrate these poses into your daily practice.
All levels welcome.
