Kate will guide you through exercises to optimise core stability, and hip and shoulder alignment.
The workshop will help you to mobilise, strengthen and stretch from head to toe. It will support improved performance and injury prevention while counterbalancing some of the postural issues associated with regular running and cycling.
By the end of this 1.5 hour workshop you should find more ease in the body.
