This is a challenging, fun and energetic workshop which will take your fitness, flexibility and strength to the next level. Think mat pilates with an extra bite!
This session will be free flowing, where you move seamlessly from one exercise into the next, giving you a cardio workout as well as increasing your core strength, stamina, balance, and mind/body awareness of movement. Great for fitness fiends, dancers, runners alike and anyone who has undertaken pilates before and is looking for a new challenge.
