Parent & Baby Postnatal Yoga
6 -8 weeks post-natural-birth | 8 weeks C-section
The birth of a new child is an amazing time. Spend time bonding and relaxing with your little one. Gentle exercises will be for both mother and baby - helping to tone your core, strengthen your upper body, stretch out those areas that have tightened up with pregnancy or feeding, and finally help both you and your baby to relax.
A great way to connect with other parents who are going through similar experiences! The gang always pops for a coffee and baby chats afterwards.
No experience of yoga is needed; just a desire for a sense of wellbeing. Pre-booking is required as space is limited to keep the atmosphere friendly and intimate.
Investment: £60 for 6 consecutive weeks of classes
(classes are non-refundable and transferable | must be used consecutively)
Please note: space is very limited - where possible can you bring your baby in a carrier or sling. The buggy will need to be folded down at the entrance and carried through to the parking space behind the studio. All buggies and personal belongings left at your own risk
