During this course you will learn the foundation, technique and alignment of pincha mayurasana so you can practice it safely and with more ease and comfort.
Expect some serious core and legs drills, as well as plenty of shoulder opening. You will get tips on how to use the wall - and to eventually feel confident to press or lift in the middle of the room.
Mastering inversions can help us create strength over ours fears, weakness, imbalanced hormones, anxiety and depression. They also help us to regulates the nervous system and the endocrine system.
Consistency is key! A wonderful inversion practice is a marathon not a sprint.
Taking place on Saturdays 7th and 21st September. This 2 sessions course is spread over 2 weekends to give you time to practice and build strength in between. It is an open level course but not suitable to complete beginners.
