Join the brilliant Rocket-trained Yoga Teacher Shanel for this workshop.
Derived from Ashtanga Yoga, Rocket is a series of standing, balancing and inverted postures all linked by vinyasa.
This workshop will follow the flow of Rocket incorporating basic poses, arm balances, inversions and back bends.
Expect to be challenged, work up a sweat, stretch out those muscles and come away class feeling ready to take on the world!
There will be upbeat music to keep you flowing.
This workshop is for everyone who enjoys a physically challenging practice (you don't have to be very experienced, but a regular yoga practice would help). Not suitable for complete beginners.
