Our Yoga for Teenagers Course is perfect for teenagers who are trying to balance the pressures of their daily lives.
It is a great way to enhance self-confidence, improve anxiety, relieve stress and develop mindfulness techniques. These tools will support them as they move through life. Physically, yoga supports growing bodies, develops good posture, helps with flexibility, and supports the immune, respiratory and circulatory systems. It also improves coordination and balance.
The course can also be used towards the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
Most importantly these classes will be fun.
Courses are non refundable or transferable.
