Our Yoga for Teenagers Course is perfect for teens who are trying to balance the pressures of their daily lives. It is a great way to enhance self-confidence, improve anxiety, relieve stress and develop mindfulness techniques. These tools will support them as they move through life. Physically, yoga supports growing bodies, develops good posture and helps with flexibility, supports the immune, respiratory and circulatory systems and improves coordination and balance.

The course can also be used towards the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

Most importantly these classes will be fun.


£40 for 4 weeks May half-term (2nd - 23rd May)
