In this 2 hour workshop, we will immerse ourselves in the magical world of yin yoga journeying through the meridians (energy channels) within the body. We will move through the layers of the body easing in bit by bit to get deep into the body to reduce built up stress and tension not only in the physical body but also the energetic body.
We will look at the importance of cultivating the ‘yin’ within us, as well as the ‘yang’. We will embody these qualities and explore what this looks like for each of us in a 2 hour practice together.
You will not only develop a stronger, more positive connection to yourself but will also leave feeling more balanced in body, mind and spirit.
