Give your child the space to move, breathe, and unwind after school in this fun and supportive yoga club. Designed especially for 9–14-year-olds, each session blends mindful movement, calming breathwork, and relaxation techniques to help young people feel stronger, more focused, and more at ease — both on and off the mat.
