A beautiful, light-filled Pilates, Yoga & Barre studio located right on the historic Market Square in the heart of Saffron Walden — an unbeatable setting for your next event, gathering, or creative project.
Our versatile studio offers a calming, contemporary space filled with natural light and thoughtful design details. Downstairs, you'll find a spacious 19-mat studio fully equipped with premium Pilates, yoga, and barre props. Upstairs, we have a smaller, private room perfect for treatments, massage, or 1:1 services.

We require a minimum booking of 2 hours.

Rates
Our studio is available for hire on an ad-hoc or regular basis — whether you’re looking for hourly, weekly, monthly, or annual use, we offer flexible options to suit your needs.
Standard Rates
• From £30 to £100 per hour, depending on the nature of use
• Minimum hire: 2 hours
For ongoing or long-term hire, we offer custom packages — just get in touch to discuss a tailored arrangement.
Deposits & Cancellations
• Recurring hires require upfront payment for the first month to secure the booking
• One month’s notice is required to cancel or reschedule
• For long-term security (e.g., fixed weekly slots), upfront commitment is needed, as we receive regular new booking requests and class proposals
Security Deposit (Events & Gatherings)
For private events, parties, or larger group bookings, a Security Deposit of £100–£200 may be required (amount agreed in advance based on size and nature of the booking). This is refundable after your hire, minus any deductions for:
• Damage to the studio
• Additional cleaning (if not cleaned appropriately)
• Overtime usage beyond your booking
FAQs Studio Hire
Can I view the studio before booking?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to pop in and take a look. As the studio is only open during class times, you can swing by just before or after a scheduled class — our teachers are usually around 5 minutes either side. Prefer a digital preview? We’re happy to send over photos or videos. View our class timetable here.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We require advance payment to confirm your booking. If you need to cancel, we ask for at least 30 days' notice to receive a refund or reschedule. We’re a small business, and this notice gives us a fair chance to refill the slot. No refunds or discounts will be offered for no-shows, it is your responsibility to fill your bookings, just as we have to do with our classes in the main studio and pay all our overheads.
Do I need to clean the space after my booking?
Yes, we kindly ask all hirers to leave the studio as they found it. This includes:
🧹 Hoovering and mopping the floor
🗑️ Removing all rubbish
🧽 Cleaning any used equipment or surfaces
Is there parking available?
We don’t have on-site parking, but there is public parking nearby. We recommend allowing extra time to find a space, especially during peak hours.
Can I arrive early to set up or leave late?
Your booking time must include all setup, pack-down, and cleaning.
Please book enough time — any overtime will be charged at the next full hourly rate. We have a busy schedule, so entering before your allocated time may disrupt other sessions. We have a security camera in studio that monitors arrival and leave times.
Will you promote my event?
All event promotion is your responsibility. While we can’t guarantee marketing support, if you tag us and it aligns with our messaging, we may occasionally reshare when we can.
Do you provide photography equipment?
No, we don’t supply photography equipment such as lights or backdrops. If you're hosting a photoshoot, please bring your own gear.
Can I serve alcohol at my event?
Only if you have the relevant licences and permissions. You’re responsible for ensuring all laws are followed, that guests behave respectfully, and the studio is vacated on time. Any damages or disturbances are your responsibility.
Is there Wi-Fi in the studio?
We have access to a 4G dongle, which you’re welcome to use if needed. Just ask for the details on arrival.
Can I use candles or incense?
Open flames are not permitted. However, flameless/electric candles are fine.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Of course! Just please be sure to:
🥤 Clean up any spills
🍽️ Wash any used items
🗑️ Take all rubbish with you.
What is the security deposit for?
For larger bookings (e.g. events or parties), a Security Deposit of £100–£200 may be required (based on the nature and size of the booking). This is returned after your event, minus any deductions for:
Damages
Extra cleaning
Overstaying your booking time - we have a security camera that will monitor arrival and leave times. Full terms will be agreed before booking. If any terms are breached, the deposit may be withheld in full.
