This workshop will focus on hip mobility and strength to help you feel more confident with shapes such as the middle split and front split. You will do warm up drills and learn why both strength and length is important for flexibility. Plus why hip stability is important. Wednesdays | 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Join us for Flow & Unwind — a dreamy midweek escape designed to restore balance in both body and mind. We’ll start with a grounding Vinyasa flow to build strength, flexibility, and presence through breath-led movement. As we slow down, you’ll melt into longer-held Yin yoga poses to release deep tension and invite stillness.
The class ends with an optional essential oils head massage during savasana for the ultimate unwind. Expect to leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and completely grounded.
Level: All levels welcome, including those new to yoga.
