Join Leah for an evening of deep rest and nourishment as she guides you through a sound healing journey using a Mercury Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum and Koshi Chimes.

The sounds and vibrations of these sacred instruments gently guide the mind into a deeply meditative and relaxed state, which brings about healing at many levels including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. A sound bath can help to reduce stress and anxiety, calm your mind and body, increase focus and clarity, and improve sleep.

Would make the perfect gift for someone special or for yourself. All welcome! No experience is necessary to join. All you have to do is relax and allow Leah to guide you.

Mats, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows will be provided but feel free to bring any extras such as cushions, warm socks or anything to help you feel supported and comfortable.

Sound baths are not recommended for individuals with pacemakers, epilepsy, severe mental health conditions or first trimester of pregnancy.

I will be your guide, but you will be the leader of your own practise. Enough of being told what to do, this is your time to restore and connect to the inner wisdom of you! You will journey into the rich rivers of movement within the body through mellow movement, breath, yin and yoga nidra.

You’ll slink into new waves of consciousness in a safe and supported way, and possibly even into a blissful sleep (which is welcomed). During this magical container you can make space for a wondrous doorway into your own inner intuition and insight.

Before you leave the room, I will bring us all back into the space with some movement so that you can land again in our physical body before you go about the rest of your day.
