Join us for Flow & Unwind — a dreamy midweek escape designed to restore balance in both body and mind. We’ll start with a grounding Vinyasa flow to build strength, flexibility, and presence through breath-led movement. As we slow down, you’ll melt into longer-held Yin yoga poses to release deep tension and invite stillness.
The class ends with an optional essential oils head massage during savasana for the ultimate unwind. Expect to leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and completely grounded.

Yoga for mums-to-be from 13 weeks pregnant. Cultivate breath awareness and strengthen the body in preparation for labour. These classes provide a nurturing environment for you to connect to your baby and other mums-to-be. Beginners welcome too!

Sound Bath
Sound Bath Special
Join Leah for an evening of deep rest and nourishment as she guides you through a sound healing journey using a Mercury Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum and Koshi Chimes.
The sounds and vibrations of these sacred instruments gently guide the mind into a deeply meditative and relaxed state, which brings about healing at many levels including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. A sound bath can help to reduce stress and anxiety, calm your mind and body, increase focus and clarity, and improve sleep.
Would make the perfect Mother's Day gift for someone special. All welcome! No experience is necessary to join. All you have to do is relax and allow Leah to guide you.
Mats, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows will be provided but feel free to bring any extras such as cushions, warm socks or anything to help you feel supported and comfortable.

The J&T Method is a Mind, Body & Soul system. This workshop focuses on the mind & soul element with introspection.
