Postnatal Yoga & baby x 7 weeks block
Postnatal Yoga & Baby Course x 7 weeks (4 June - 16 July)
Our Postnatal Yoga with Baby classes help rebuild strength and restore balance after pregnancy and birth, focusing on the pelvic floor and core muscles. Each session includes relaxation, breathwork, and self-care, providing a supportive space to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and bond with your baby. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other parents and share experiences, with many continuing to socialise over coffee afterward.
Course Fee: £91 for 7 weeks (£13 per session)
Booking Information:
This class is pre-booked in term-time blocks. Due to limited class sizes, missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Bringing Your Baby:
As space is limited, please bring your baby in a sling, carrier, or car seat. If you bring a pram, it will need to be left in the covered area at the back outside of the studio. The teacher will assist with moving prams to this designated space, ensuring a clean and safe environment in the studio.

Summer Yin Yoga & Sound Bath
Summer Yin & Sound | 2-Hour Reset – 20 July
A calming yin yoga and sound bath journey to rebalance and restore.
In the heart of summer — a season full of energy and outward motion — we invite you to turn inward for an afternoon of deep stillness and nourishment.
This 2-hour experience begins with a grounding yin yoga practice, where long-held poses work into the deeper connective tissues, helping to release tension and support the energetic pathways of the body. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer corresponds with the Fire element, and the heart and small intestine meridians — associated with joy, compassion, and emotional warmth.
Yin yoga offers the space to gently support these systems, calm the nervous system, and invite more balance into the body and mind.
The second half of the practice will be a live sound bath, using gentle frequencies to guide you into a deeper state of rest and integration — leaving you calm, connected, and recharged.

Open the door to natural replenishment with this deeply restorative, creative and nourishing practise.
I will be your guide, but you will be the leader of your own practise. Enough of being told what to do, this is your time to restore and connect to the inner wisdom of you! You will journey into the rich rivers of movement within the body through mellow movement, breath, yin and yoga nidra.
