Join us for Flow & Unwind — a dreamy midweek escape designed to restore balance in both body and mind. We’ll start with a grounding Vinyasa flow to build strength, flexibility, and presence through breath-led movement. As we slow down, you’ll melt into longer-held Yin yoga poses to release deep tension and invite stillness.
The class ends with an optional essential oils head massage during savasana for the ultimate unwind. Expect to leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and completely grounded.
Level: All levels welcome, including those new to yoga.
