Book one of our wellbeing experts to curate virtual live-stream sessions to support your employees at home. These are some of our popular sessions:

OPTION 3: MEMBERSHIPS TO OUR STUDIO

Each employee is given an unlimited livestream or studio membership to join our timetable of daily class.

A Fine Balance Studio offers daily yoga, pilates and mindful movement sessions. These are hosted at our East London Yoga Studio - Upminster, RM14 3BL.

Benefits of these sessions:

  • Flexible for your teams, so they can join a class at a time that suits them

  • We can work with you to create a package of classes at specific times required by your colleagues or they can join our existing timetable see here.

  • A wide variety of classes and teachers to keep your colleagues motivated

  • Discounts available depending on number of colleagues signed up.

Hannah, Founder A Fine Balance, has worked with businesses across the Corporate Responsibility agenda for the past 13 years. She has inspired responsible business campaigns across a portfolio of companies including the likes of Aviva, Barclays and HSBC. 

She established A Fine Balance to counteract the stresses of our busy modern lives by helping people to find more balance.
