Pregnancy & Postnatal Timetable
Move, breathe, and feel supported through pregnancy and beyond.
Our specialist Pregnancy Yoga & Pilates and Mums & Bubs classes are designed to help you feel strong, calm and connected at every stage - while giving you space to pause, reset and be looked after too.
Pregnancy
• Yoga — Wednesdays 5pm
• Pilates — Sundays 4pm
(or Thursdays 5pm / Saturdays 12pm when Sundays are affected — check the timetable)
Postnatal (with baby)
• Mums & Bubs Pilates — Mondays 1pm
• Mums & Bubs Yoga — Tuesdays 1pm
Spaces are kept small to keep things personal — we recommend booking in advance.
