Pregnancy Yoga in Upminster, Essex

Our warm and uplifting pregnancy yoga classes are suitable for mums-to-be from 13 weeks and are open to all levels.

Yoga can play a key role in enhancing the experience of this precious time. You will learn techniques to assist optimal foetal positioning keeping the body strong and mind calm in preparation for childbirth and beyond.

The class incorporates breath and movement, aiming to relieve any discomfort brought on by pregnancy, whilst gently encouraging the opening of the pelvis with postures to birth your baby.

It can help you enjoy your pregnancy with minimal discomfort from all the associated aches and pains.


Mum & Baby Yoga

Join us from 6 -8 weeks (natural-birth) and 8 weeks (C-section) up until your baby is 1.

Our Mum & Baby classes take place on Tuesdays from 1.30 - 2.30pm (starts 24 September). The birth of a new child is an amazing time. Spend time bonding and relaxing with your little one. Gentle exercises will be for both mother and baby - helping to tone your core, strengthen your upper body, stretch out those areas that have tightened up with pregnancy or feeding, and finally help both you and your baby to relax.

A great way to connect with other parents who are going through similar experiences! The proximity of the high street also means you can grab a coffee afterwards with your new friends.

No experience of yoga is needed; just a desire for a sense of wellbeing. 

Classes will not run during school holidays:

22 October, 24 December, 31 December, 18 February, 7 April, 14 April, 26 May

Please note: space is very limited - where possible please bring your baby in a carrier or sling. The buggy will need to be folded down at the entrance and carried through to the parking space behind the studio.
