Our uplifting Pregnancy Yoga classes are designed especially for mums-to-be from 13 weeks onwards and are open to all levels — no previous yoga experience needed.

This is such a special time, and yoga can play a beautiful role in helping you feel strong, supported, and connected. You'll learn techniques to support optimal foetal positioning, relieve common pregnancy discomforts, and stay calm and grounded as you prepare for birth and beyond.

Each class weaves together breath, movement, and mindful awareness — helping you:
