This special day is all about letting go, aligning with the autumn season, and reconnecting with yourself through movement, nature, nourishing food, and deep relaxation.

✨ Welcome Circle + Yoga Practice
We’ll begin the day with a gentle welcome circle, followed by an extended Vinyasa and Yin Yoga practice, themed around finding balance — in your body, mind, and life.
🦶 Sensory Barefoot Walk + Nature Time
Take a peaceful stroll around Paus’ beautiful grounds, including the unique barefoot sensory walk, designed to ground you and help you reconnect with nature. Or simply enjoy quiet time in the wildflower meadows and maze.
🥗 Nourishing 3-Course Vegetarian Lunch
We’ll gather at the Hilltop Bistro for a delicious and seasonal 3-course vegetarian lunch — designed to fuel you from the inside out.
🛁 Hot Tubs, Saunas + Cold Plunge Bliss
Spend the afternoon unwinding in the Hilltop Bathing area, with access to:
Wood-fired hot tubs
Finnish barrel saunas
Cold plunge pools
All with a complimentary drink (Prosecco, G&T, or juice) in hand!
