A Fine Balance 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
ABOUT
A Fine Balance Teacher Training is a modern 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training designed to develop thoughtful, adaptable and grounded teachers — rooted in both the traditions of yoga and the realities of teaching in the modern world.
This training blends embodied yoga practice, intelligent sequencing, philosophy, pranayama, meditation and reflective self-enquiry with modern movement education, anatomy, accessibility and practical real-world teaching skills.
You’ll learn not only how to teach postures, but how to:
hold safe and inclusive spaces
understand the foundations and roots of yoga
intelligently sequence and adapt classes
communicate clearly and compassionately
support different bodies, abilities and nervous systems
teach with integrity, professionalism and authenticity
Rather than promoting rigid or performative teaching approaches, the programme encourages sustainable movement, critical thinking, self-awareness and responsive teaching.
This is not about becoming a “perfect” yoga teacher.
It’s about developing the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to teach in a way that is safe, thoughtful, accessible and genuinely supportive to others.
Whether you wish to teach professionally or deepen your personal practice, this training is designed to help you build a meaningful understanding of yoga — both on and beyond the mat — whilst developing your own authentic voice as a teacher.
