Where does the in-person training take place?

All 11 training weekends are held at our boutique Saffron Walden studio (1 Emson Close, Essex, CB10 1HL). The studio is easily accessible from Cambridge, Great Dunmow, and Suffolk, with excellent rail links to London via Audley End and Newport stations. Trainees from our Upminster network can easily commute via the M25/M11 or rail for our convenient once-a-month weekend schedule.

Is this 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training fully accredited?

Yes. The A Fine Balance 200-Hour Course is fully recognized and designed to meet the rigorous professional standards of Yoga Pros UK. Upon successful completion of all modules and assessments, you will receive a certificate enabling you to register as an accredited yoga teacher and secure professional insurance.

What style of yoga will I be qualified to teach?

You will graduate with the skills and confidence to teach Vinyasa Yoga. Our comprehensive syllabus covers the AFB Method and 6 Pillars (Pace, Structure, Cues, Options, Observe, Experience), blending traditional South Asian yogic roots with modern anatomy, smart sequencing, and inclusive, trauma-aware teaching practices.

Can I join if I don't want to teach professionally?

Absolutely! While we provide robust career coaching for future freelancers, many trainees join our part-time course simply to deepen their personal practice, explore yoga philosophy, dive into anatomy, and enjoy a transformative journey of self-discovery within a supportive local community.

Are there split payment plans available?

Yes, we offer flexible payment options to make your education sustainable. You can choose to pay the tuition in full, or secure your place with a £500 non-refundable deposit followed by 10 monthly installments (£250/month for Early Bird before 31st July, or £290/month standard tuition).
