We’re adding two brand-new Mat Barre classes to the schedule with Jax:
Thursdays 12:00pm (starts 4 Sep)
Mondays 5:30pm (starts 8th Sep)
Mat Barre is our high-energy burner—a 50-minute class that brings barre to the mat with a powerful mix of pilates, strength, and functional movement. You’ll pulse, shake, sweat, and flow through a low-impact, high-intensity workout that strengthens, tones, and energises. It’s full-body, feel-good, and designed to leave you buzzing. Come move, laugh, and embrace your power.
(All levels welcome—just bring your energy.)
