Introduction to Splits 1.5hr

This workshop will focus on hip mobility and strength to help you feel more confident with shapes such as the middle split and front split. You will do warm up drills and learn why both strength and length is important for flexibility. Plus why hip stability is important. Jax can't promise the splits in 1.5 but she can promise you'll leave with a great understanding and more confidence to practise yourself. This workshop is for all levels.
