The Spring Together Challenge is a feel-good, four-week movement challenge designed to help you show up more consistently — with someone by your side.
Choose your person.
Move together.
Build momentum — and enjoy the AFB fun.
Find your person (a friend, partner, or fellow AFB regular). Once you’ve chosen your person, add your team name and both names to the in-studio poster and email your pair to hello@afinebalance.me.
Complete 28 classes in 28 days between you (shared total)
One of you can do more — it’s about showing up, together
