Available to book in term-time blocks. This yoga class is for Mums and Babies to connect in a completely supportive environment. There is gentle focus on regaining pelvic and core strength, whilst soothing the body in soft flows and supported stretches.
Suitable for women a minimum of 6 weeks post-partum with medical clearance to exercise.
Wear: comfortable clothes to move in.

Important: Classes must be pre-booked in blocks only and cannot be transferred, cancelled or refunded. Booking commits to all sessions in the block.
