Beginner Yoga Shapes: Backbends 1.5hr
Have you ever been in a yoga class and wish you could try the wheel (urdhava dhanurasana), bow (dhanurasana), or camel (ustrasana) but you're unsure how to get into it? During this workshop Jax will teach you the basics of how to prepare your body for these challenging backbends. Starting with softer backbends that strengthen the body ready for deeper backbends. This workshop is for all levels.
