Treat owners, instructors, staff, and fellow members with kindness and respect
Support a collaborative, inclusive studio environment
Respect personal and professional boundaries
Communicate thoughtfully and constructively
Use official studio channels for feedback or operational questions
Respectful Communication & Community Care
We aim to foster a studio culture that feels safe, uplifting, and supportive for everyone. We do not support behaviour that undermines this environment, including:
Gossiping or spreading rumours
Speaking negatively about instructors, staff, owners, other members, or the studio
Bullying, harassment, intimidation, or exclusionary behaviour
Discrimination or prejudice of any kind
Creating divisions, comparisons, or narratives that erode trust
Communicating in ways that create or escalate conflict within the community, whether in person, digitally, or outside the studio
Our intention is always to protect the wellbeing of our community and maintain a calm, respectful atmosphere in our studios.

Our instructors are professionals who each bring their own experience, strengths, and teaching style. We proudly champion all instructors equally and encourage members to enjoy the diversity our teaching team offers.
