5-week Beginners’ Vinyasa Yoga Course
New to yoga? Or keen to refresh the basics? This friendly, small-group course is the perfect place to begin.
Each week, we’ll explore the 5 key ingredients of Vinyasa yoga: Breath, Bandha, Drishti, Vinyasa & Foundational Poses.
You’ll learn how to move with your breath, engage your core, steady your gaze, and work through flowing sequences using Sun Salutations and key postures—standing, seated, prone, and supine.
