Designed especially for new mums, each session focuses on:
Core & pelvic floor recovery
Strength-building
Breathwork & relaxation
Enjoy precious time with your baby, meet other new parents, and most share a post-class coffee with the group because community matters.
Booking Options
All classes £14 per session or members go free, booked in advance in term blocks. Limited spaces available:

Important
Classes must be pre-booked in blocks only and cannot be transferred, cancelled or refunded. Booking commits to all sessions in the block.
