Season of Release: Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidrā Workshop
Join Candace for a deeply nourishing 90 minute extended yoga practice honouring autumn — the season of letting go. In Chinese medicine, autumn is connected to the metal element, the lungs and large intestine, and the wisdom of release, reflection, and refinement.
We’ll begin with breathwork to open and balance the lung energy, then move into yin postures that support both the lungs and large intestine, helping to clear stagnation, ease tension, and invite spaciousness in body and mind.
Together, we’ll reflect on the lessons of the season: softening into change, creating room for what truly nourishes, and finding clarity through letting go. The workshop will close with a guided Yoga Nidrā practice — an opportunity to surrender, restore, and reconnect with your inner landscape.
