Calling all teens! Join us on Wednesday, 13th August from 2:45–3:45 PM for a chilled but energising yoga session designed just for you. We’ll move through cool flows to build strength and flexibility, learn simple ways to de-stress, and finish with a relaxing guided meditation. Perfect for boosting confidence, focus, and wellbeing this summer.
