• Want more classes? Upgrade anytime and start right away.

• Need a breather? Keep your current rate and pick up where you left off. Just give us 14 days’ notice and choose the pause length that works for you.

  • Pause your membership for one consecutive month per year travel, pregnancy, or busy seasons.

  • Further up to one month pauses include £25 admin charge.

• Thinking of downgrading? After the minimum term on your current plan (depending on your contract i.e.3 cycles of payments; 3 months or 12 months minimum), we can help you switch with 14 days’ notice.

• Considering cancelling? We’ll be sad to see you go 💔 — but if you’ve completed your 3 or 12 month term, give us 14 days’ notice and we’ll make it easy.

Tip: Pausing keeps your same rate when you return — cancelling means rejoining at a new price.
