Led by Candace, a highly experienced yoga teacher with specialist training in Yoga Nidra (under Uma Dinsmore-Tuli) and yoga for fatigue and stress recovery (with Charlotte Watts), this session offers a gentle sanctuary for anyone feeling tired, overwhelmed, burnt out, or in need of quiet replenishment.
Candace is passionate about creating warm, nurturing spaces that invite you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with ease. Her teaching is intuitive, grounding, and accessible—making this workshop suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
