This soothing session blends restorative yoga, gentle somatic movement, breathwork, and guided Yoga Nidra to support deep rest and renewal. It’s ideal if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply craving quiet time to reset.
Led by Candace, an experienced teacher with specialist training in Yoga Nidra and yoga for fatigue and stress recovery, the space is warm, nurturing, and accessible to all levels, including complete beginners.
Expect slow, supportive movement, guided rest, and simple take-home tools to support better sleep, emotional balance, and ongoing resilience.
