AFB Barre Teacher Training with teim™

  • A Fine Balance Studio 1 Emson Close Saffron Walden, England, CB10 1HL United Kingdom (map)

Join us for an immersive Barre Teacher Training Weekend with renowned educator Lizzie Bland, founder of teim™ (Training and Events in Movement).

Designed for yoga, Pilates, fitness and movement professionals, as well as those completely new to teaching, this practical and comprehensive training will equip you with the knowledge, confidence and skills to teach safe, effective and engaging Barre classes.

Drawing inspiration from the original Lotte Berk Method, alongside Pilates, yoga, ballet and strength training principles, you'll learn how to create dynamic classes that challenge, motivate and inspire clients of all abilities.

We strongly recommend attending the full weekend, which includes both Foundations and Extensions training, for the most complete learning experience and the greatest confidence in teaching Barre.

However, if you have already completed the teim™ Barre Foundations Training (either with A Fine Balance or another training provider), you are welcome to attend the Extensions day independently.
