Through the quiet practices of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidrā, you’ll be guided to release what you no longer need and gently connect with your intentions for the months to come.
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork to centre the mind and calm the nervous system, before moving into slow, meditative yin postures to open the body and clear energetic space.
The practice will close with a soothing Yoga Nidrā journey — a guided rest designed to integrate your reflections and awaken a sense of inner stillness and renewal.
