Book Club - All Welcome

  • A Fine Balance Studio 173 Saint Marys Lane Upminster, Essex, RM14 3BL United Kingdom (map)

πŸ“š Embrace balance and self-reflection with our Book Club! 🌿

Our Monthly Book Club blends the realms of fiction and non-fiction to inspire balance and cultivate the ancient yogic practice of Svadhyaya – self-study and introspection.

How does it work?

  1. The next book is: A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman (moving, uplifting tale of love and community)

  2. Purchase the book and read it or as much of it as possible before the Book Club meeting.

  3. Book and attend the Book Club - a lovely community meet up.

Use each reading as an opportunity for introspection, self-discovery, and growth. Engage in meaningful discussions with fellow members as you share insights, reflections, and aha moments inspired by the pages of our monthly picks.

πŸ—“οΈ Monthly Gatherings: Join us for our monthly gathering where we come together to discuss the month's featured book, share perspectives, and connect with like-minded individuals on a journey of self-discovery and balance.
