How long have you been practicing yoga:

Ive been practicing yoga for 6 months but only regularly since I became a A Fine Balance member.

What else do you do to find balance in life?

After a trip to Rishikesh in August I’ve started to find balance through meditation, self Reiki, pranayama and mudras . I’m a Reiki master and crystal healer

Why do you practice yoga:

I practice yoga after trying to find fulfilment and a purpose to a dramatic lifestyle change . It provides me with a place to balance my mind body and soul

What advice do you have for someone who is thinking about trying yoga?

I’d recommend yoga to help balance your mind body and soul in a chaotic world . You don’t need to be spiritual but it helps!

What is your favourite thing about being an A Fine Balance Member?

I love being a A Fine Balance member and want to encourage more men to take up the practice. The variety of classes, teachers and cost effective nature of the model is second to none.

What is your favourite inspirational poem / quote?

My favourite poem / quote is the Serenity Prayer 🙏

God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change. the Courage to change the things I can, and the Wisdom to know the difference.
