Postnatal Yoga — strength, calm & connection for you and your baby 🤍

A nurturing space to gently rebuild strength, restore balance, and connect with your baby — alongside other mums.

These classes focus on:
• Rebuilding pelvic floor and core strength
• Gentle, supportive movement and stretching
• Creating space to slow down, breathe and reconnect

All within a relaxed, welcoming environment where babies are always welcome.

Suitable for:
Mums from 6+ weeks postnatal (with medical clearance to exercise)

What to wear:
Comfortable clothing you can move easily in

Investment:
£80 for a 5-week term (best value)
or book using class packs / memberships

Booking:
Classes run in term-time blocks and are booked as a full course.
Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable once the block has started.
