This nurturing yoga class is designed to support you through the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy. Gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation help ease common aches, improve mobility, and create space in the body, while building strength and connection as you prepare for birth.
Suitable from your second trimester (13+ weeks).
Wear: comfortable clothing you can move easily in.
