This Postnatal Pilates class is designed for mums and their babies to move, reconnect and strengthen in a calm, supportive environment. The focus is on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture, and easing tension through gentle, controlled Pilates movements.
Suitable for women who are at least 6 weeks post-partum (or longer post-c-section) and have medical clearance to exercise.
Wear: comfortable clothing you can move easily in.
