Healing with Love: A Heart Chakra Workshop with Crystal Meditation is the fourth in the Shaking Your Chakras that can be experienced on its own or as part of the series. This Chakra resonates the colour green, relates to the sense of touch, and teaches us to act with kindness and compassion. It bridges the three first chakras that ground us to Earth and the next three chakras that are more spiritual and connects our soul to the Universe. Stimulating this chakra can bring profound healing to your relationships and strengthen your physical health.

This 2 Hours workshop includes:

1. Opening talk on the Heart Chakra and how to identify its presence in your life. Accompanies a handout.

2. Physical Yoga practice targeting the upper body and backbends.

3. Learn how to meditate with crystals and have the chance to choose your crystal to take home.

4. Yoga Nidra practice with affirmations to fully focus on the manifestation of this Chakra.

No previous Yoga experience necessary to attend this workshop.
