A Third Eye Chakra Workshop with Reiki and Yoga Nidra
The Third Eye or Eyebrow Centre is a chakra commonly underactive in many of us. The third eye relates to our intuition and sixth sense. It helps one be centered, and act for the benefit of the community and humankind. This chakra explores many brain functions and when it is open, it gifts one with audio or clairvoyance.
This 2 Hours workshop includes:
Opening talk on theory of the chakras and how to identify its presence in your life. Accompanies a handout.
Gentle physical Yoga practice and breathwork.
Reiki & Yoga Nidra to support the Third Eye Chakra
No previous Yoga experience necessary to attend this workshop.
