POSTNATAL YOGA WITH BABY

WEDNESDAYS 1 - 2PM - RUNS IN TERM-TIME BLOCKS

Our Postnatal Yoga with Baby classes have a strong focus on rebuilding your body's strength after after pregnancy and birth. There is particular focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and core, as well as time for relaxation and breath work.

It offers special time to honor your post-baby body and calm your mind.

A wonderful opportunity to meet other parents and find the support you may need through those first months and to have some fun with your baby too! Most go for coffee after.

You need to be at least 6 weeks postpartum / had the sign off from doctor to do exercise (might be longer with c-section so please check before attending).

This class is pre-book only in consecutive termtime blocks.

Due to limited class numbers, if you are unable to attend one of the classes in your block, unfortunately this is none refundable or transferable.
